    Rajpal Yadav gets relief in cheque bounce case, won't go back to jail

    The Delhi High Court clarified that actor Rajpal Yadav will not be taken into custody, even as it vacated an interim order suspending his sentence in a cheque bounce case. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma stated Yadav is not absconding and is being treated as an ordinary litigant, dismissing concerns about media attention.
