    Real Madrid edged Celta Vigo 2–1 in La Liga thanks to Federico Valverde’s heavily deflected 95th-minute strike. Aurelien Tchouameni gave Madrid an early lead, but Borja Iglesias quickly equalised. Missing several key players, including Kylian Mbappe, Madrid struggled but secured victory late on. The win moves them within one point of leaders Barcelona and ends a two-game league losing streak ahead of their Champions League clash with Manchester City.
