iQOO Pad Ultra Officially Launched in China Price, Specifications and Gaming Features

iQOO has officially launched the Pad Ultra gaming tablet in China, introducing an 8.8-inch OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, a 9,020mAh battery and a built-in active cooling fan. The device was unveiled at a September 29, 2026, launch event and is designed for users who want high-performance gaming in a compact tablet.

According to Xinhua's launch report, the tablet is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor and includes iQOO's dedicated Q4 gaming chip. The hardware is designed to support advanced gaming graphics, responsive controls and sustained performance.

iQOO Pad Ultra Price and Storage Options

The iQOO Pad Ultra was introduced in China in four memory and storage configurations.

These are reported Chinese-market prices. Currency conversions and retailer offers may change, and these prices should not be treated as official Indian prices.

8.8-Inch OLED Display With 165Hz Refresh Rate

The tablet features an 8.8-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2,304 × 1,440 pixels. Its 165Hz refresh rate is intended to make supported games and animations appear smoother.

iQOO also advertises local peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits and responsive touch controls. These are manufacturer specifications; actual brightness and gaming performance can vary with content and operating conditions.

Snapdragon Processor and Dedicated Q4 Gaming Chip

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor works alongside the Q4 gaming chip. iQOO says the tablet supports gaming technologies such as ray tracing, image upscaling and frame interpolation in compatible titles.

The device also features Q-flex touch-control technology and a gyroscope intended to improve responsiveness in supported games. Some gaming functions depend on software support and individual titles, so the advertised maximum frame rate should not be assumed for every game.

Built-In Cooling Fan and 9,020mAh Battery

One of the tablet's distinguishing features is its built-in active cooling fan, supported by a multilayer thermal-management system and dual vapour chambers. The system is intended to manage heat during extended gaming sessions.

The Pad Ultra houses a 9,020mAh battery and supports 66W wired charging. It also includes a four-speaker audio system, Wi-Fi 7 connectivity and Bluetooth 5.4, according to launch coverage. Battery life will depend on gaming intensity, screen brightness and network use.

Design and Gaming Accessories

The iQOO Pad Ultra measures approximately 5.74mm thick and weighs around 298 grams. It is available in reported silver and black finishes.

Optional gaming accessories include a telescopic controller and a dual-sided gaming grip. These accessories are intended to provide more physical control during compatible games and are separate from the tablet itself.

India Launch and Availability

The confirmed launch covered the Chinese market. The sources cited for this article do not establish an official Indian launch date or India-specific retail price for the iQOO Pad Ultra.

Indian consumers should wait for an announcement from iQOO before assuming that the tablet will be sold locally. Buyers considering an imported unit should verify warranty coverage, network and software compatibility, service options and applicable import costs.

The iQOO Pad Ultra stands out for its compact OLED display, dedicated gaming hardware and active cooling system. Its availability and pricing outside China remain important factors for prospective buyers.
